VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROVIDER
HMV has been registered as Vocational Training Provider (VTP) under SDI Development Initiative Scheme. These courses are to create employment by empowering them with skills needed for industry. Any Women (14 years or above) can apply and join the same without any hidden charges. Even school drop-outs can also join.

Eligibility: At least 8th standard passed

2. Course : Tailor (Basic Sewing Operator)

COURSES
Students can opt for skill oriented, value oriented Add-on Courses as a parallel-sub-discipline while pursuing their degree level education. At the end of three years, the students will be equipped with a Certificate/Diploma/Advance Diploma in an add-on-course along with a conventional degree of science/Arts/Commerce. Add-on-course will be in three phases:
Certificate Course : This Course is of one year and student must be a regular student of TDC Part I (any stream)
Diploma Course : This Course is of one year. Students who have passed TDC part I (any stream} along with Certificate course in the concerned Add-on subject from G N DU are eligible for this course along with TDC II.
Advance Diploma Course : This Course is also of one year. Such students who have passed TDC II (any stream) along with Diploma course in the Add-on subject from GNDU are eligible for course along with TDC IIl. Note: Students can drop the programme at any stage.
