NSS
NSS aims at developing in students an insight to identify and tackle the problems and needs of the society. This builds up a democratic attitude in students, brings out the quality of leadership and encourages them to offer ‘selfless service’ towards humanity. The college NSS unit holds various awareness programs to work for eradication of illiteracy, voluntary health service camps, communal harmony, environment awareness camps like saving the natural resources viz water, electricity, visits to home for the old and destitute etc. NSS volunteers are required to attend camps, which are arranged during vacations. This year Seven days Camp was organized in college campus and Gandhi Vaneeta Ashram, where clothes and stationery items were distributed to needy students. Tree plantation, Blood donation camp etc. activities have also been performed.

The college is known for its specialized NCC training. Two wings of NCC - Army Wing and Air Wing offer various training programmes like Para Sailing, Para Gliding, Microlite Flying, Aero Modeling, Firing, Mountaineering, Trekking, Rock Climbing, Home-nursing etc. during various camps like Annual Training camp, Trekking camp, Republic Day Camp, National Integration Camp, Vayu Sainik Camp, Republic Day Camp etc.
NCC Cadets can get opportunity to perform Parade at Rajpath on the Republic Day. They have the opportunity to attend Prime Minister Rally at New Delhi. Many NCC cadets have attended International Level Youth Exchange Programmes in which they represented India at England, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh etc.
NCC also gives ample opportunities to make career in Military and Para Military Forces like Indian Army, Air Force, Navy, BSF, CRPF, Police Services also Pvt Security Agencies and many top MNCs also prefer to recruit the candidates with NCC background.

The aim of the youth Red Cross Society is to promote health and care in the community. It also brings awareness about humanities principles and values, which encourages respect for other human beings and willingness to work together to find solutions to problems. Too many people die as a result of no access to even the most basic health services and elementary health education. The society organizes various seminars and campaigns regarding dreaded diseases and social evils to create awareness among the students and the same message is disseminated in the community through students. The society organizes various health checkup camps with the assistance of renowned doctors. The society conducts motivational campaigns for blood donation and organizes blood donation camps. It also helps in raising funds of Indian red cross society which is used for the benefit of mankind.

Youth Welfare Department has been working hard to provide a firm stage to new talent. To furnish maximum opportunities for the outlet of talent of the students, ‘Talent Hunt' is organized every year. Under the supervision of the department, students outshine in Zonal and Inter-Zonal Youth Festival. Efforts are made to let more and more students showcase their artistic skills at state, national and international level.
Various competitions are organized at intra- and inter-college level. To enhance the interest and to maintain the fervor, occasions like Teej, Basant etc are also celebrated by the dept. Various theatrical and other cultural performances by different professional groups are arranged throughout the year.

The Student Council comprising Head Girl, Joint Head Girls, Assistant Head Girls, Secretary, Joint-Secretary and President of various clubs and societies along with Class Representative is an important link in the day to day management of the college and arrangement of various college functions.

The aim of the cell is to inculcate dynamic outlook in the students to make them fully functioning individuals. The objective is to make students realize their potential and ways to achieve them to the maximum, to make them self confident, self-reliant and self-efficacious individuals. The cell provides opportunities for personality development, self-empowerment, self-defense and overall physical, mental, spiritual and psychological growth. Throughout the year, the cell organizes various activities for the students:-

Cell for the physically challenged is working for the overall development and upliftment of the differently abled students.The cell caters to the needs and problems of such students. The aim of the cell is to motivate and guide the differently abled students to keep pace with the fast moving world, to provide them strength and opportunities to overcome the obstacles of the outer world. The cell organizes various activities for the differently abled students:-
* Computer training programmes forthe visually challenged persons to enable them to read and write.
* Mobility training programmes for the visually challenged person.
* Motivational lectures and counseling for the physically challenged students.
* Recording of talking bookfor the visually challenged persons.

̿̿CAREER COUNSELLING CELL
Career Counselling Cell of the college is providing guidance and counselling of the youth regarding future prospects and placement opportunities. During 2015-16 cell organized many activities like one workshop on Group Discussion along with mock GD and workshop on Enhancement of Corporate Skills and Personality Development. Students of 10+1 and 10+2 were also enlightened with the knowledge of future courses in Graduation. Functioning of this cell helps a lot in high placement of the students.
