DISCIPLINE
The college lays a special emphasis on the maintenance of discipline and proper decorum in and outside the classrooms. Students are trained and expected to show due respect to their teachers, be polite with one another and be courteous to all. The students are expected to adhere to the code of conduct. CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Students must always be in the possession of their Identity Card, which they must produce whenever asked otherwise they will be fined.
2. Use of Mobile phones in the campus by the students is strictly prohibited.
3. Attendance at the prayer is compulsory for the students having classes in the first and the second periods.
4. Day scholars are not allowed to visit the hostel except with the written permission of the teacher/warden in a special case.
5. Moving about in disorderly manner and creating disturbance in their free periods is strictly prohibited. Students are expected to make use of college library and student’s common room.
6. Students must come in proper decent clothes.
7. Students are not allowed to leave college premises till the 6th period is over or before their time table schedule is over.
8. Students must not give gifts to any employee of the college/hostel/mess/canteen.
9. Students must maintain cleanliness in the campus.
10. Students should develop the habit of forming queue.
11. No student is allowed to use the name or campus of the college in any publication or outside activity without prior permission of the Principal.
12. Students are not allowed to drive in the campus of the college beyond the parking area. Vehicles should be parked only in the parking lots provided.
13. Ragging is strictly prohibited. Any student found involved in ragging will be rusticated from institution with immediate effect and action will be taken as per the law of the land. As per the direction of the Supreme Court, the college had formed an Anti Ragging Committee which takes preventive measures, provides counselling and is ready to act promptly to check the menace of ragging. Following steps are taken by the college: Banners are put on prominent places exhorting the students not to indulge in ragging.

PLACEMENT CELL
Hans Raj Mahila Maha vidyalaya. organized Campus Placement Activities’ through the year. Placement cell of the college successfully organized various campus placement activities during the current session. The Placement cell provides 100% placement assistance to the students of all the classes. For the purpose Cell not only organize campus placement but also arrange interaction with various companies regarding the current and future requirements of the companies. With these students of the college are having the complete update of industrial and institutional requirements.

This year many multinational companies visited the campus and our students got best offers in the industry. Companies visited and our students got selection in CONCENTRIX , TCS, INFOSYS, TECH MAHINDRA, SAPPHIRE CONSULTANCY, EVERGREEN, MASS ENTERAINERS , PUNJAB KESARI, OXL, FASTWAY NEWS, DREAMCATCHERS, SAP Labs, NIIT Ltd., eClerks. Apart from this varoius sessions has been organized for the students along with career counseling cell. With an effort to update our students regarding job requirements even after they complete the studies cell is going to implement e-mail information system.

More than 100 students got placement during the various campus placement activities of different industries and institutions. Along with this many students are motivated to became entrepreneur. Few students of fashion design department and cosmetology have started their own business. In companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro Technologies, SAP Lab students got an opportunity to go for post-graduation along with the job for the purpose of their qualification.

Students selected in SAP Labs got opportunity to do M.Tech. from BITS PILANI. Students selected in WIPRO will also do M.S. from BITS PILANI alongwith their job.

During this session campus placement of OMICS International, Hyderabad held for M.Sc (Bio-informatics) pass out students of college. The drive was conducted online through skype in our lab. Seven students participated in the drive having three rounds and four students Manisha, Nisha, Shifali Thakar and Ritika Raheja got selected and joined the company on 16th Aug.2016 with salary package of Rs. 3 lakh p/a.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL


In order to promptly resolve the complaints/ grievances of the students, the college has its own Grievance Redressal Cell. It aims at maintaining a conducive and unprejudiced environment whereby the students are heard and given the right to make constructive contribution in the administration of the institution. Financial Aid for Our Students
The college helps the needy and the bright students in a number of ways. Active steps are taken by the Institution to help them in the form of books, stipends, scholarships, grants and fee concession. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all those philanthropists and societies who donate these scholarships for our students. To avail these scholarships the meritorious students/needy students/sports persons have to apply in writing to the Principal by the dates that will be intimated during the session.

Fee Concessions/Scholarships 
The following scholarships are tenable at the college: 
1. Merit scholarships and National Scholarships from Central and State Govt. for the poor and brilliant students.
2. Stipends by govt. for grant of educational facilities to the children of political sufferers.
3. A few stipends to the needy and deserving students from student Aid Fund.
4. Stipends/Scholarships donated by Philanthropists.

Seeking admission in the reserved seats is not a legal right of the student.
Application for fee concession must be submitted complete in all respects in the College office after the admission. Interview for the fee concession is held usually in the month of August. Fee concession/stipends and scholarships of all categories are likely to be withdrawn without a warning, if the student deteriorates in studies, remains irregular or is found guilty of misconduct or misbehavior.

The college has got every student, parent and staff member covered under insurance scheme of Rs. 1 lakh, 2 lakh and 3 lakh respectively.
