The Internal Quality Assurance Cell
of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized two workshops cum Hands on Training
for the faculty under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay
Sareen. In the first workshop the resource person was Mr. Gullagong, Associate
Prof. in Comp. Sci. The topic was Cyber Security Awareness. He told about
various cyber threats and the precautions to be taken while doing online
transactions. He said that Cyber Crime is increasing day by day. October is
observed as Cyber security awareness month throughout the world. He told that
Cyber Crimes are massively underreported. We should believe in getting the
anti-virus softwares for our cyber security. He also explained key concepts in
the field of Cyber Crime. 2nd workshop was delivered by Dr. Anil
Bhasin, Associate Prof. in Comp. Sci. He explained all the technicalities of
making google form. He explained how we can easily collect massive data with
the help of google form in one go. He said that google form is extremely helpful
in that situation when we have to collect data from for off places. Data can be
collected in drive in spreadsheet format. It is a very helpful tool in data
collection. Both the resource persons were honoured by Senior Most Faculty Dr.
Navroop Kaur and Dr. Ashmeen Kaur, IQAC Coordinator said that it is always the
objective of IQAC to provide useful information to the faculty time to time.
Principal Dr. Ajay Sareen also
appreciated the efforts of IQAC. Stage was conducted by Mrs. Protima Mander,
Head of History Department.
