HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School is established in the
campus of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay
Sareen apprised that the school aims to provide holistic education along with
high quality value based education by offering courses in all streams –
Medical, Non-Medical, Commerce and
Humanities. The broad and balanced curriculum sets the direction, establishes
the goal and implements a strategy to tap the latent talent and spot in the
students the spark of excellence and help them actualize that they are sparkling
and dazzling gems who in return illuminate the society.
Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen told that the
school offers a range of scholarships and concessions to make education
accessible to all. She further informed that Hi-Tech facilities with
technological support are set up in the school. Students can avail the utility
of well equipped Digital Library, air conditioned Computer Labs, Language labs,
Home Science Lab, Fine Arts studio, Accounts Lab, Science labs to learn
according to their taste and aptitude. School coordinator, Mrs. Meenakshi Syal
averred that to develop scientific temperament, Innovation Hub has been set up
where students can learn basic concepts of science through hands on training.
Various competitions, Olympiads are organised round the year to imbibe the true
spirit of learning and to encourage the students to dream, to work diligently
to achieve higher goals. She further informed that Parent-Teacher meetings are
held to keep parents abreast of their ward's performance. Strong emphasis is
laid on sports and physical development, exposing our children to a number of
sports events at inter-school, state and national level. A large number of
students are placed in merit of academics, sports and extra-curricular
competitions. Dhreeti, Head girl of school appreciated the commitment and
dedication of faculty. She aspired the fresh students who pass tenth to join HMV
Collegiate Sr. Sec. School for their holistic growth. In school our aim is to
produce world class students by focusing on multifaceted grooming of them. The institute
envisages a better tomorrow for its students while keeping them grounded to
