HMV organized Talent Hunt Competition

Talent hunt competition was organized by Youth Welfare Department at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar. The Students showcased their talent by participating in various items enthusiastically. Giddha, Dance, Music Vocal, Debate, Declamation, Poem recitation, Photography, Rangoli, Phulkari and Quiz competitions were organized. About 80 students participated in Giddha, Solo Dance and Group dance competitions. The Music Department organized Classical Vocal and Instrumental bhajan, shabad, ghazal, folk songs, bollywood songs competitions in which 50 students participated. Fine Arts Department organized poster making, clay modeling, cartooning, collage making, on the spot painting and installation in which around 50 students participated. Fashion Designing Department organized a rangoli and phulkari making competition. In Quiz Competition around 100 students took part. Principal Prof. Dr (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated the winners of the competition and also motivated others for taking part in the co-curricular activities along with academics. On this occasion Mrs. Navroop (Dean, Youth Welfare), Dr. Ashmeen Kaur (Cultural Incharge), Mrs. Veena Arora (Organizing Incharge), and Co-Dean Mrs. Meenu Kohli (Documentation ) were also present.
