Valedictory Function of 21 days Integrated Course “SAKSHAM” organized at HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School




In order to celebrate the closing ceremony of 21 days integrated course SAKSHAM, designed to engage students during lockdown period, HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School  organized a valedictory function on virtual platform under the dynamic guidance of Principal Dr. (Mrs.)Ajay Sareen.The event began with DAV gaan. The students from all  streams participated in the function. HMV Collegiate School has left no stone unturned to educate the students despite the present situation where coronavirus has shaken the entire economy. The school is constantly putting ardent efforts to provide education to its students by connecting with them through online lectures. On this very occasion, the students outpoured their feelings, views and experience while being taught on various aspects from moral, intellectual and personality development to business traits. Lisha Juneja and Rhythm of SSC-2 (Comm), Riya Sharma and Srishti of SSC-2 (Arts) spoke about their learning experience during this course. Riya Sharma sang a beautiful song in her soulful voice which she dedicated to health care workers and frontline corona warriors. Students were overwhelmed by this initiative taken by school and they would have been able to learn out of the box while staying at home. They also thanked Principal ma’am and school coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal and all the faculty members involved in this course. Advocating the principles of Arya samaj principal Dr. (Mrs) Ajay Sareen motivated students to adopt the ideology of having healthy food, healthy ideas, and purity of heart and mind. She further advised students to diffuse positivity and serve the society selflessly and expounded the concept in a worthy way and also encouraged the students to make the best use of this time by learning in every possible way. Vote of thanks was presented by Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal. The faculty members Dr. Meenu Talwar, Dr. Baljinder, Mrs. ProtimaMander, Mrs. Jaspreet, Mrs. Divya Chadha, Ms. Deepsha and Ms. Richa were the mentors of this course. The event was hosted by Mrs. Urvashi Mishra and technical assistance was provided by Ms. Nisha.
