The PG department of Hindi of Hans Raj Mahila Maha
Vidyalaya organized essay writing competition under the able guidance of
Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. The topic of the competition was
dedicated to 400th birth anniversary of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji.
Students from various institutions participated in this competition and showed
their talent of writing. The Competition was organized by Mrs. Navroop Kaur (Incharge
languages).
Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen encouraged the
students and congratulated the winners. She also appreciated the efforts of the
department. Km. Jyot Sifat Kaur (HMV) got 1st position, Km.
Kirandeep Kaur (Sant Baba Hari Singh Memorial Khalsa College, Hoshiarpur) got 2nd
prize and Km. Sehajpreet Kaur (HMV) got 3rd prize.
On this occasion, Head of Hindi Department Dr. Jyoti
Gogia, Mrs. Pawan Kumari and Dr. Deepti Dhir also congratulated the winners.
