Installation of Student Council at HMV Collegiate Senior Secondary School

 

The Student Council of HMV Collegiate Senior Seconday School was constituted through online platform for the session 2020-21 with the support of Student Council under the guidance of School Coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal and Dean Student Council Mrs. Urvashi Mishra. Principal Prof. Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen was the chief guest of the ceremony. The ceremony started with Gayatri Mantra and lighting of the lamp. Dean Student Council Mrs. Urvashi Mishra told the students about the achievements of the college and Principal and prayed to the almighty for the college to scale newer heights in future.

Principal Prof. Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen congratulated Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal and Mrs. Urvashi Mishra and blessed the students. She encouraged the students and said that they are the leaders of future. She said the by keeping positive attitude, we can conquer new heights. She honored the students with E-certificates and encouraged them to fulfill their duties with full devotion and loyalty. She prayed to the almighty for giving this young brigade power to fulfill their duties. She said that we should try to become better and wiser than the previous day. Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal blessed the students and said that the institute aims to develop the overall personality of the students.

On this occasion, Km. Srishti Garg (+2 arts) was honored as head girl of the school. Km. Divjot Kaur (+2 arts), Km. Lisha Juneja (+2 commerce) and Km. Simran Saini (+2 Medical) were honored as joint head girls. Km. Arzoo Dhawan (+1 arts), Km. Prabhleen Kaur (+1 commerce) and Km. Ira Bhatia (+1 non-medical) were honored as assistant head girls. 9 Class representatives were also appointed and honored with e-certificates.

All the newly appointed students took an oath to serve the institute with full devotion and tradition. Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal presented vote of thanks. Technical support for online ceremony was provided by Mr. Jagjeet Bhatia, Mr. Rishabh Dhir and Mr. Vidhu Vohra. Members of teaching and non-teaching were also present there.
