Collegiate Sr. Sec. School, Jalandhar organized a ten days programme “Saksham”
to inculcate the knowledge about Art, Literature, Dance, Science, Commerce etc.
among students. The students of 10+1 all streams participated in it. The
programme was inaugurated by Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. Dr. Ajay Sareen welcomed all the
new students and inspired them to dream big in life and do continuous efforts
to fulfil that dream. School Coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal briefed the
students about the activities of this 10 day programme. She said that students
will learn about Drawing and Painting, Time Management, Stress Management,
Chemistry around us, charisma in Communication etc. During the valedictory of
this programme , the participants shared
their experiences with others Km. Ruhani, Km. Muskan, Km. Manvi sang a
patriotic song. Km. Tenima, Km. Girisha, Km. Ishima recited poems. Km. Prerna,
Km. Harmandeep, Km. Khushi and other students showed their art work to all the
participants. Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal congratulated all the faculty members who
were a part of this 10 days journey. Principal Dr. Ajay Sareen gave her
blessings to the students. The incharge of Saksham Programme was Dr. Meenu
Talwar, Head of Sanskrit Department.
