Under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay
Sareen, HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School organized a Tree Plantation Drive to
create enthusiasm and awareness among the masses for increasing the green cover
of our nation. The drive was carried out to celebrate 75th Azadi Ka
Amrit Mahatosav with the vision of “Each One Plant One” in which 75 students
participated enthusiastically and planted the saplings in made by them from
Best Out of Waste. They spread the message of growing more and more plants by
making them stood in the shape of our National Flag-Tiranga. Principal Dr. Ajay
Sareen appreciated the remarkable work performed under School Coordinator Mrs.
Meenakshi Sayal. She stressed upon the need of conservation and save our floral
diversity. She conveyed her message to the students that we must share plant
more and more trees to make this earth greener and safe to live. Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal praised the efforts of
the students and urged them to extend the pious task of tree plantation to
their families and to the world at large so that our nation will become
pollution free, greener and safer. We all should pledge to grow more and more plants
and beautify our landscapes.
