Students from HMV participated in Boot Camp of Samsung ‘Solve for Tomorrow’, an Innovation Contest for India’s Youth to Crack Real-World Problems with FITT at IIT Delhi as Knowledge Partner

 


Under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen, Seven students from HMV i.e Lakshita, Vidhi, Tamana, Gauri Jindal, Nikita, Khushi and Jasneet participated in the bootcamp at IIT Delhi. Samsung will support 50 teams — individuals or teams of up to three members. The experts of Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT) will appear in-person to help and enhance the idea, along with a boot camp that will be conducted at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi). The top 10 teams will get the opportunity to visit Samsung India offices, its R&D centres, and Samsung Opera House in Bengaluru, where they will interact with the Samsung employees and researchers. The students were encouraged by the presence of Mr. Sushil Rinku, Ex MLA on the occasion. Their teachers Dr. Anjana Bhatia, President, Institution Innovation Council,  Mr. Rishabh Dhir and Ms. Nishita also encouraged them.
