Sartaj and Neeru Bajwa the leading stars of “Shayar” film enthralled the HMV
audience with their visit to the institution for the promotion of their latest
film. The renowned singer Sartaj also sang the song Rutba his timeless melody.
Neeru Bajwa the heroine of the film invited the Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay
Sareen and the staff and students to watch the film. Principal Dr. Sareen
appreciated Sartaj for his contribution to Punjabi music and film industry. The
students enjoyed the performance and assured their support for the upcoming
film ‘Shayar’ Principal Dr. Ajay Sareen, and Dean Youth Welfare Mrs.
Navroop, presented the team with Phulkari. Keeping the tradition of HMV, Sartaj
and Neeru Bajwa planted a tree sapling in the college. The team was
accompanied by their managers and media advisors. The stage was conducted by Dr.
Anjana Bhatia. All the members of teaching and non teaching staff were present.
