Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar organized a
lecture by Mr. Vikram Sood,
Vice President cum Chief Manager at UTI Mutual Fund, Jalandhar under the
Faculty Enrichment Programme. The topic
of the lecture was 'Personal Financial Planning'. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen
welcomed the Resource Person.
Mr. Vikram Sood explained the various investment schemes
alongwith return on investment. He
suggested that to be financially secure one must take up health insurance, term
insurance and invest in mutal funds. While advising to go for long term
investments he have mantras of 'Be patient', 'Invest & forget' and 'Start
early'. He explained power of compounding
