The students of HMV
Collegiate Sr. Sec. School participate in various national and international
competitions throughout the year under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr.
Mrs. Ajay Sareen and Coordinator Mrs. MeenakshiSayal. This time also the
students participated in online inter-school competition organized by Mata
GujriKhalsa College, Kartarpur. The main aim of this competition was to spread
a message among students to keep their thoughts positive even in current
situation of COVID-19 and utilize their time properly. The students
participated with full enthusiasm under the incharge ship of Ms. ArvinderKaur
(Lecturer, Punjabi Department). In Slogan writing competition, Ms. Aman got
second position. In Poster Making competition, Ms. Kriti got third position. In
debate competition, Ms. TarunikaRampal got first position. In singing
competition, Ms. Srishti got second position and in poetry recitation, Ms.
Vaishnavi got Second position. E-certificates were given to the winners and
prizes will be given to these students after the lockdown period. Principal
Prof. Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen congratulated the winners and encourage them to
participate more in such competitions. School Coordinator Mrs. MeenakshiSayal
also congratulated the students and said that the school always provide a
platform to the students to participate in such activities so that holistic
growth of the students is made possible.
