New Computer Lab and Faculty Resource Centre inaugurated at HMV

Newly built Computer Lab and Faculty Resource Centre was inaugurated at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya.  The inauguration was done by General Secretary, DAV College Managing Committee Sh. R.S. Sharma Ji.  On this occasion, Sh. R.S. Sharma Ji said that HMV and its Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.)Ajay Sareen is a perfect example of Women Empowerment.  He said that this college will definitely become top most educational institution of the country.  He also motivated the faculty members and students for research work and appreciated the efforts of the college for promoting research.  Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen said that college is providing every type of facility for research work.  Head of Computer Science Deptt. Dr. Sangeeta Arora gave assurance that infrastructure for research will be properly utilized.  On this occasion, all the teachers of Computer Science department, all Deans, Senior faculty members and all the members of teaching and non-teaching members were also present.

ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ 'ਚ ਡੀਏਵੀ ਮੈਨੇਜਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸੀ ਆਰ.ਐਸ. ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਜੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਲੈਬ ਤੇ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।  ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸੀ ਆਰ.ਐਸ.ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਚਐਮਵੀ ਤੇ ਇਸਦੀ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨਾਰੀ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਉੱਤਮ ਉਦਾਹਰਨ ਹੈ।  ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਾਲਜ ਉਨੱਤੀ ਦੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਤੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸਰਵਓਤਮ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ ਬਨਣ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਹੈ।  ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰਰਿਸਰਚ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਪੋਤਸਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ 'ਚ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਹੈ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਨੂੰਵਧਾਵਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੀ ਪਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪਿੰ. ਡਾ. ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਲਜ 'ਚ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਮੁਖੀ ਡਾ. ਸੰਗੀਤਾ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨੇ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਆਧਾਰਭੂਤ ਸਰੰਚਨਾ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਪਯੋਗ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਆਸ਼ਵਾਸਨ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।  ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ, ਡੀਨ ਤੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਨਾੱਨ ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਫ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
