The
PG department of Commerce and Management of Hans Raj Mahila Vidyalaya organized
a Role Play activity on Women
Empowerment. The students of B.Com.,
M.Com. and B.Voc. participated in the activity. The students played the role of Saina Nehwal,
Manal-al-Sharif, Manushi Chillar, Ben Ben Devi, Shehnaz Hussain, Chanda
Kochhar, Neerja Bhanot, Arunima, Dalbir Kaur and Deepa Malik. The judges of the event were Dr. Seema Khanna
and Mrs. Savita Mahendru. Ms. Geetanjali and Ms. Nidhi won first prize. Ms. Harpreet and Ms. Manjot got second
prize. Ms. Surbhi and Ms. Shweta and Ms.
Sunaina and Ms. Janvi won third prize.
Ms. Somya and Ms.Geetanjali won the prize of Best Anchor. Ms. Gurpreet, Ms. Parneet, Ms. Monica and Ms.
Ragini received the prize for best role models.
Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen and Head of Commerce Deptt. Dr. (Mrs.) Kanwaldeep Kaur appreciated the
efforts of the faculty and students. Dr.
(Mrs.) Seema Khanna, Incharge Commerce Club motivated the students for more
participation in future also.
ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ, ਜ¦ਧਰ ਦੇ ਪੀਜੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਕਾਮਰਸ ਐਂਡ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੇਂਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਤੇ ਰੋਲ ਪਲੇ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਬੀ.ਕਾੱਮ, ਐਮ.ਕਾੱਮ ਤੇ ਬੀ.ਵਾੱਕ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਲ-ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼, ਮਾਨੁਸ਼ੀ ਚਿਲੱਰ, ਬੇਨ ਬੇਨ ਦੇਵੀ, ਸ਼ਹਨਾਜ਼ ਹੁਸੈਨ, ਚੰਦਾ ਕੋਛੜ, ਨੀਰਜਾ ਭਨੋਟ, ਅਰੂਣਿਮਾ, ਦਲਬੀਰ ਕੌਰ ਤੇ ਦੀਪਾ ਮਲਿਕ ਦਾ ਰੋਲ ਪਲੇ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ 'ਚ ਜੱਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਾ ਖੰਨਾ ਤੇ ਪੋ. ਸਵਿਤਾ ਮਹੇਂਦਰੂ ਨੇ ਨਿਭਾਈ। ਗੀਤਾਂਜਲਿ ਤੇ ਨਿਧਿ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ। ਹਰਪੀਤ ਤੇ ਮਨਜੋਤ ਨੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ। ਸੁਰਭਿ, ਸ਼ਵੇਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਨੈਨਾ, ਜਾਨਵੀ ਨੇ ਤੀਜਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ। ਸੋਮਯਾ ਤੇ ਗੀਤਾਂਜਲਿ ਨੂੰਸਰਵਓਤਮ ਏਂਕਰ ਦਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਤੇ ਕਾਮਰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਮੁਖੀ ਡਾ. ਕੰਵਲਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਕਾਮਰਸ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੀ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ਼ ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਾ ਖੰਨਾ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰਭਵਿੱਖ 'ਚ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਤਰ•ਾਂ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਗਤਿਵਿਧਿਆਂ 'ਚ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਪੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
