The students of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya got university positions in Economics Hons. Paper II of Public Finance. Km. Anmol Gandhi and Km. Mamta got 79 marks and bagged first position in university in this particular paper. Km. ManmeetKaur got 77 marks and got 3rd position in the University in the same paper. Principal Prof.Dr.Mrs. Ajay Sareen congratulated the students and the teachers. She told that the college has got best of the infrastructural facilities for the students. For the students of economics, the college is having well equipped computer labs in which practical knowledge is given to the students. Various seminars and guest lectures are also organised for the students to make them acquainted with the practical knowledge. On this occasion, she also congratulated head of economics department Mrs.Chandrika, Ms.ShaluBatra and Ms.Harmanu.
ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੀ.ਐਸ.ਸੀ (ਅਰਥਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ) ਸਮੈ.5 ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਏ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਫਾਇਨਾਂਸ ਦੇ ਪੇਪਰ 'ਚ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਪੋਜੀਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਅਨਮੋਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਤੇ ਮਮਤਾ ਨੇ ਪੇਪਰ 'ਚ 79 ਅੰਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਮੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ 77 ਅੰਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਡਾ. ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਲਜ ਬਿਹਤਰੀਨ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਰਥਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਬਿਹਤਰੀਨ ਕੰਪਿਉਟਰ ਲੈਬਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟੀਕਲ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੇ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਸਟ ਲੈਕਚਰ ਵੀ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟੀਕਲ ਗਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਮੁਖੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਚੰਦਰੀਕਾ, ਸ਼ਾਲੂ ਬਤਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਮਨੁ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
