While talking about the admissions, Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen said that the college is offering a number of scholarships and concessions to the students. Sports persons are being admitted with special fee concessions. Last year the college distributed scholarships of more than 1.00 Crore.
Continuing with the same practice, total freeship will be given to students achieving 95% and above marks in board exams. Concession of Rs.10,000/- will be given to student achieving 90% to 94.9% marks in board exams. Concession of Rs.6000/- will be given to student achieving 85% to 89.9% marks in Board exam and concession of Rs.4000/- will be given to student getting 80% to 84.9% marks in Board exam. For subsequent years of undergraduate courses, total freeship will be given for First position in university, 50% concession for Second position in university and 35% concession for Third position in university. In addition, 25% concession will be given to student achieving First and Second position in college.
Dr. Sareen told that at entry level of postgraduate courses, total freeship will be given for First position in university, 50% concession for second position in university and 35% concession for Third position in University. In addition, Rs.3000/- as Sister concession, Rs. 5000/- to Fatherless student and Rs.7000/- to parentless student will also be given. Various government scholarships for meritorious and needy students will also be provided like Govt. of India scholarship, Post Matric Scholarship, Sports Scholarships, etc.
