Learning Science through hands on training in HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School

Recognising the fundamental role of education in nurturing and fostering an eco system of innovation, HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School has fully devoted Innovation Hub to the students for strengthening the basic theoretical concepts of Science through    hands-on-training. Students are performing experiments to get in depth knowledge of Science subjects. The state-of-art infrastructure is suitably designed for Physics, Chemistry and Biology Labs to nurture scientific skills among young learners.

Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen said that there is global competition, the ones with new ideas are ruling the world. Therefore, our focus is on developing culture of innovation and technology to support innovative ideas and convert the ideas to a fruitful outcome. Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal, School Coordinator apprised that innovation hub provides platform of learning and also serve as spring board for new ideas and innovation for embedding creative pedagogies in Science Education that encourages the students to become creative critical and reflective thinkers. In Innovation Hub and science laboratories, students are giving practical shape to the hypothetical ideas.
