In order to make the city
garbage & dump free, Municipal Corporation launched 'City's Mr. Bin'
Campaign at HMV Collegiate
Sr. Sec. School under the able
guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. On this occasion Municipal
Commissioner Mr. Diparva Lakra, IAS and Joint Commissioner Ashika Jain, IAS
were the chief guests. Radio

Talking about the campaign,
Commissioner Diparva Lakra said that everyone must come forward to make this
campaign successful. People should be made aware of the fact that cleanliness
of the city & their surrounding is the duty of everybody. RJ Himanshu has
been appointed as the brand ambassador for this campaign. Councillors of
different wards appealed the students to throw wet waste in the green coloured
bin & the dry waste should be put in blue coloured garbage bin.
Dean Innovation Dr. Ramnita
Saini Sharda said that segregation of waste is the need of hour. City's M. Bin
campaign & the efforts of Municipal Corporation together will bring
awareness amongst the residents about the waste management. Vote of thanks was
also given by Dr. Ramnita Saini Sharda.
