Freudian Psychological Society of
HMV, Jalandhar, organized One day National workshop on ‘How to do well in
life to be successful' under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.)
Ajay Sareen. The resource person of the workshop was Brigadier P. D. Tewari
from Delhi. Dr. Ashmeen Kaur, H.O.D. Psychology welcomed Brigadier Tewari and
his wife Mrs. Aruna Tewari with a planter.
The resource person motivated the students to be happy
as happiness is the key to a successful life. He touched various aspects like
Faith in God, Leadership skills, Communication skills, Importance of Hard work
and Team Building. He demonstrated the need of Positive attitude with an
engaging activity. The students were made to participate in the activities and
learn from their experiences. He talked of 'SMART' Goals and 'LAER' (in
Communication).
On this occasion, Psychology teachers Dr. Venus, Ms. Anjana and Ms. Deepsha
were also present and the stage was conducted by Ms. Rupam.
