HMV awarded as Best Institution promoting Skill Education and Vocational Courses in India by ASSOCHAM, New Delhi


Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, the premier institution of North India has been awarded as Best Institution Promoting Skill Education and Vocational Courses in India by ASSOCHAM in the 13th Higher Education Skill and Livelihood Conclave on 25th February, 2020 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. Principal Prof. Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen received the award from Director ASSOCHAM Sh. Neeraj Arora, Honorable G.D. Sharma, Former Secretary UGC, Sh. Vinay Sheel Gautam, Sr. Advisor KPMG and Founder Director IIMK in presence of Sh. Ramesh Pokhriyal “Nishank” , Honorable Minister of Human Resource Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India, Sh. Sanjay Shamrao Dhotre, Honorable Minister of State for Human Resource Development Government of India.
The event was attended by more than 300 dignitaries from National Council of Education, UGC, AICTE and ambassadors of various countries. Principal Prof. Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen said that HMV is successfully running many vocational and skill oriented courses under the Centre for Knowledge Acquisition and Upgradation of skilled Human Abilities and livelihood (KAUSHAL KENDRA) an many girl students benefit from a number of Masters, Bachelor,          Diploma , Certificate, Community College Courses. She further added that the college has state of the art skill development centre with modern facilities. The college also has many collaborations and MOU’s for the placements of the students. Principal Dr. Sareen thanked Padamshree Dr. Punam Suri, President DAVCMC for his guidance and congratulated the staff and students of the college for the achievement.
