HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School, Jalandhar Excel in SSC-I Exams.















The mood of HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School, for girls was ecstatic as the school produced excellent results in SSC-I. The results of SSC-I annual exams for the session 2019-20 was declared and Srishti Garg (Arts) with 98.2% marks, Kriti (Commerce) with 95.3% marks, Sakshi Rana (Medical) with 93.1% and Mehakpreet Kaur (Non-Medical) with 94.9% marks got top positions. Divjot Kaur (Arts) with 95.3% marks, Lisha (Commerce) with 94.8% marks, Karan Kaur (Medical) with 91.3% marks and Gitika Chauhan (Non-Medical) with 93.8 % marks got second positions. Muskan (Arts) with 94.7% marks, Rhythm (Commerce) with 93.5% marks, Simran Saini (Medical) with 90.7% marks, Navkiran and Jasmine Kaur (Non-Medical) with 88.4% marks got third positions and Khushi (Commerce) got 4th positon with 94.4% marks. In addition, 5 students scored above 95% marks and 23 students scored above 90% marks.

This once again proves the school’s commitment towards holistic development of its students under the able guidance of Principal Dr(Mrs) Ajay Sareen and Coordinator Mrs Meenakshi Sayal. Principal Dr. Sareen & Coordinator Mrs. Syal congratulated the students and encouraged them to perform better in future.  Principal Dr. Sareen said that this institution not only encouraged the students to perform well in academics but in social, cultural moral & spiritual field too. Weekly Havan organized in the college is a step towards inculcating moral values among the students and contributing in making of a healthy society. In addition, regular PTM’s are organized. Various skills of the students are developed through Quiz, Group Discussion, Writing Competitions, Sports Competitions and Slogan Writing Competitions. Students also get a chance to participate in Commerce, Science, Computer and English Olympiads so that they can achieve newer heights at National, International and Regional Level. This institution is known at National Level because of so many achievements in various fields. Coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal said that the online registration of the school has already been started and online classes for SSCI will commence from 6th April. The school strives to provide holistic growth to its students.
