Under the able guidance of Madam
Principal, Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen , PG Department of Computer Science and IT of
Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar,
organized an Online Quiz “TEST
YOUR C/C++ SKILLS” . In these difficult times, it was an inspiring event by
the Department to motivate and rejuvenate the Students. The Quiz Link was
available from 12:30 to 5:00 PM for all and charged no fee. The Event was a
great success with the huge participation of 229 students from different
Colleges. Overall Coordinator for the Event was Dr. (Mrs.) Sangeeta Arora (HOD)
and Event Coordinator was Mr. Anil Bhasin (Incharge Computer Club). C/C++
Languages are the native Computer Science Languages having great demand in IT
Sector therefore it was an exciting way for students to test their skills in
these languages. Students from Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir,
Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand participated in this Online Event with
full enthusiasm and made this event a huge success. Devanshi Sharma and Arpit
Sondhi from CJS Public School, Jalandhar secured First Position in the Event.
Amrit Longia, Vani Middha and Diksha Bhagat from Hans Raj Mahila Maha
Vidyalaya, Jalandhar acquired Second Position and Third Position was won by
Anany Gupta from Bits Pilani, Jasmine Thakur from Hans Raj Mahila Maha
Vidyalaya and Muskan Popli from SDP College for Women, Ludhiana proving their
upright skills in C/C++ Languages. Madam Principal appreciated the Department
for their Positive Initiative to boost the morale of students in this difficult
time. All the Faculty Members of PG Department of Computer Science and IT were
actively involved and present throughout this Online
Event.
