A one week online Workshop by Art of Living organization on How to maintain Harmony in Corona times and How to become a successful leader was inaugurated at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. The workshop was conducted by the Madam Vashali Punj, facilitator of Art of Living. Principal Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen accorded warm welcome to the resource person. Ms Vaishali apprised the students about techniques of coping with mental stress with light practical exercises. The first sessions were attended by students and teachers of science and commerce classes. In the upcoming sessions, the students of Humanities group will take the online sessions. Cordinator Dr Anjana Bhatia, Madam Binoo gupta and other teachers emphasized on the importance of managing stress in the COVID times.
