In order to help students to identifying their capabilities and real
potential, Commerce Department of HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School organized
Commerce Olympiad to impart the students with knowledge of business world in
all its manifestations.
The students of HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School won laurels in SOF-International
Commerce Olympiad (2019-20). More than 60 students of SSC-I and SSC-II Commerce
participated in this competition. Riya Mittal and Bhavika Mahajan of SSC-I won
gold medals, Muskaan Maurya and Prachi Sharma won silver medals and Rhythm and
Kriti won bronze medals. In SSC-II, Sugandhi Behl won gold medal, Suhani Chawla
won silver medal and Mehak won bronze medal.
Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated the students for
their remarkable achievements. She motivated students by saying that such
competitions will endeavour them for better and deeper understanding of
subject. School Coordinator also appreciated the efforts of the students and
motivated them to participate in such competitions for their mental growth and
exposure. Mrs. Upma Gupta and Ms. Richa, Lecturer in commerce conducted the
examination.
