Bioinformatics students of HMV got placement at excellent positions

 



The students of PG department of Bioinformatics got placement in India and abroad at excellent positions. Km. Nisha Rana is working as Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics, Germany. Nisha Rana said that HMV is the source of inspiration behind her success in career. She got fellowship from DBT for her master’s dissertation and she concluded her research work. She has also worked in companies of Hyderabad and Bangaluru. She is also the technical founder of Snotra Biodigitals. She gave all the credit to HMV and her teachers for her achievement.

Km. Anjali Dhall is also working on a project for the survival of cancer patients after completing her M.Sc. Bioinformatics from HMV. Head of the Department Dr. Harpreet Singh said that Anjali was a gold medalist during her master’s degree. Her interest area is immune-informatics and personalized medicine. Recently her team has developed two computational methods in field of corona virus to aid the researchers working in the same field. Anjali Dhall thanked her college and teachers for best guidance. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated both the students, Head of the Department Dr. Harpreet Singh and Mrs. Purnima.
