It is matter of great
pride that NSS volunteer of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya has been selected
for Pre-Republic Day Camp. She is pursuing B.A. Sem-V at HMV. Principal Prof.
Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated Km. Raunika and said that it is a matter
of honour for the institution that our student has been selected for Republic
Day Parade. She told that this selection camp was organized on 17th
November, 2020 at Lovely Professional University in which almost 38 students
from different institutions participated. The candidates had undergone a
selection process which included Parade, Running and Interview. She told that
Ms. Raunika cleared all the stages of selection process and got selected. She
also congratulated NSS Programme Officers Dr. Anjana Bhatia and Mrs. Veena
Arora.
It is worth
mentioning that this Republic Day Parade enhances the qualities of NSS
volunteers and helps them in overall development. The volunteers participate in
prayer meet, physical labour, discussion, parade practice, debates and cultural
programmes & this all provides them holistic growth.
