Pant Botanical Society of Post Graduate Department of Botany at Hans Raj Mahila
Maha Vidyalaya organized a Tree Plantation drive keeping in view the theme of
International Forest Day 2021: “Forest restoration : a path to recovery &
well being” focusing on the urgent need of saving biodiversity &
sustainable development for the future well being of human race trees like Mango,
Arjun, Neem, Amla were planted. On this occasion Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.)
Ajay Sareen stressed upon the need of conservation & save our floral
diversity. Dr. Nitika Kapoor, Incharge of the society highlighted the mission
of “Go Green” . On this occasion Dr.
Kanwaldeep Kaur, Dean Academics, Dr. Anjana Bhatia, Head of Department, Dr.
Shaveta Chauhan, Dr. Shuchi, Mrs. Ramandeep & Ms. Harpreet were also
present.
