the latest feather in its embellished cap, HMV feels proud to be ranked as
First in Jalandhar, First in Punjab and Ninth in India among India’s best
private Higher Education Institutions for excellence in IT-enabled learning by
Education World India Higher Education Grand Jury Rankings 2021-22. The elated
Principal, Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen expressed her thanks to Education World
Portal and congratulated the entire HMV family for earning this accolade. She
added that HMV has been consistently ranked as No. 1 and excellent college in
India by Times of India Survey, Week Hansa Best College Survey, ASSOCHAM,
FICCI, Outlook Magazine and many other agencies. It has recently been honoured
as Green Champion by Ministry of Education for its green and conservation
ventures in the campus. HMV has emerged as First Model Institution of Jalandhar
under Swachh Bharat Mission Urban. Striving to give its best, Principal Dr.
Ajay Sareen exclaimed that HMV aspires to lead by exemplary zeal and exemplify
that academic excellence can be attained by a sustainable balance of the
surroundings and by being insightful about our environment. She

Department of Computer Science and IT and also acknowledged with appreciation
the efforts put in by Mr. Jagjit Bhatia, Incharge e-media centre and e-learning
for his endeavours towards an inventive e- learning management system of the
college. Project Coordinator Dr. Anjana Bhatia, Dean Innovations and Research
said that a Grand Jury of well-informed educationists comprising of Prof. A.S.
Seetharamu, former Professor of Education at ISEC (Institute for Social &
Economic Change), Bangalore, Shri. Deepak Kumar Mukadam, Founder, Academisthan
and Chancellor's Nominee on Management council, University of Mumbai and Dr.
Hiren Ghelani, IT Entrepreneur & Coordinate member of Saurashtra University
and Gujarat Technical University, have rated and ranked over 300 nominated
institutions based upon the categories
of quality of campus life, newly emergent institutions, campus design
excellence, student diversity, extraordinary leadership, curriculum and pedagogy, faculty competence,
