The PG
Department of Hindi of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar celebrated
“Hindi Diwas” with full enthusiasm. The department organized Hindi Signature
Campaign and Rajbhasha Bandhan. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen along
with faculty & staff members took an oath to respect our mother tongue and
to take steps to promote it. Signature campaign was also organized on this
occasion. Everyone signed in Hindi and ensured to provide respect to our own
language. Awareness Rally was also organized on this occasion. The students
& teachers participated in it.

Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated Head of Hindi Department Dr. Jyoti
Gogia and faculty members Mrs. Pawan Kumari & Dr. Deepti Dhir. She said
that Hindi is everyone’s language and language of heart. We should use it in
daily life & feel grateful.
Head of Hindi Department Dr. Jyoti Gogia said that Hindi provides us
ethics and it protects our culture & traditions. It is our duty to have the
feelings of respect & love towards it. On this occasion teaching &
non-teaching members were also present.
