The Multimedia Club of PG
Department of Multimedia organized a visit to Machinex – 2021 for the students
of B. Design (Multimedia), B. Vocational & M. Vocational (Web Tech. &
Multimedia). The students had an opportunity to know about the step by step
procedure of the working of the printing, impression and cutting machines to be
used in industries nowadays Mr. Anil Kumar and Mr. Rakhat Mahajan from Epson
and Brother Printing Corporation guided the students about their work
procedures, step by step development and the input output processes of the
machines by providing me the output in the JPG Format, consuming Colors and
making it look realistic with best quality papers. The students got awareness
of leading technologies used in the industries that will help them in
increasing their employment opportunity. Working of laser cutting and engraving
machines were also explained. They also demonstrated the difference and the
disadvantages done to the machines between using old components and first copy
components. Mr. Ashish Chadha, Head companied the students to the exhibition.
Principal, Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen appreciated the efforts of the
department and said that it is the aim of the institution to provide latest
information to its students in every field. On this occasion Mr. Rishabh Dhir
and Mr. Lovelish Chopra were also present.
