The PG Department of Mathematics of
Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized
an Inter-Class Mathematical Quiz and Power-Point Presentation competition under
DBT Star scheme, under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. ( Mrs) Ajay sareen. Dr Gagandeep,
Head of Mathematics department was over-all Incharge of the day. Dr. Deepali
was In-charge for Mathematical Quiz Competition and Dr. Gaurav Verma was
In-charge for Power-Point Presentation Competition. Mrs. Komal and Mrs. Simran
Assistant Professor in Mathematics were also present there. Dr. Sangeeta Arora
, Head of Computer Science Department , Dr. Shallu Batra , Head of Economics
Department were the judges for the Power-Point Presentation competition. 8
teams participated in Quiz competition and 16 teams participated in Power-Point
Presentation competition . Dr. Gagandeep welcomed Principal Dr. Ajay Sareen with a green
planter In Quiz Competition Navneet of B.Sc (C.Sc) Sem 1 , Priyanka of B.Sc
(NM) Sem 3 and Gaganpreet of M.Sc. sem 3 got first prize. Kanupriya Sharma of
Bsc (NM) sem 1 , Amrit of M.Sc. Maths
sem 1 and Taniya of B.Sc (C.Sc.) Sem 5 got second prize and Himanshi
of B.Sc (NM) Sem 1 , Muskanpreet Kaur of
B.Sc (C.Sci) Sem 5 , Ameesha of M.Sc (Maths) Sem 1 got third prize. In Power Point
Presentation Competition Sahibpreet Kaur of B.Sc Sem 5 got 1st position,
Jasleen of B.Sc ( NM) sem 1 got 2nd position and Kashman , Gaganpreet Kaur and
Khushi got third Position. Principal Prof. (Dr.) Mrs. Ajay Sareen congratulated the winners and faculty members
of the department .
