Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar organized a special assembly to witness the
LIVE streaming of historical
achievement of soft landing of Chandrayaan
-3 on the Moon.
The event not only garnered enthusiastic response from the
students but also encouraged the budding scientists to take up Science in
higher education. About 150 students of various classes attended this special
assembly to be historic spectatotrs to this spectacular lifetime experience.
The students were very excited to watch this event LIVE. This event ignited
passion for space exploration in the minds of the students. All the students
were filled with pride as India has become first country in the world to
successfully land on the South Pole of the Moon. The hall echoed with claps and
students congratulated each other. They were very happy that hard work of
scientist has paid off. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated the
scientists for achieving this milestone and encouraged the students to work
hard in various fields so as to make their country proud.
