Harmilan Bains won silver medal in 1500
mtr. event in Asian Games at China. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen said
that Harmilan Bains is a student of M.A. English Ist Sem in the college. She
has not only made her college proud but won accolades for the whole DAV
fraternity. Her timing was 4:12:74. She will be participating in 800 mtr. Event
on Tuesday. She congratulated her coach Mr. Sunil Kamboj. DAVCMC President
Padamshree Dr. Punam Suri also congratulated her and gave his best wishes for
the next event. HMV family felt elated on her success. On this occasion,
faculty from Sports Department Dr. Navneet Dhadda, Mrs. Ramandeep Kaur and Ms.
Pragati were also present.
