The Red
Cross Society and Hostel of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized an
awareness programme on Health and Cleanliness in collaboration with Smile
Please NGO and AFZA Venture under the able guidance of Principal Prof. (Dr.)
Mrs. Ajay Sareen . On this occasion Ms. Reema Guglani, Ms. Gurpreet and Ms.
Meenakshi were present from Smile Please NGO and AFZA Venture. They discussed
and shared their views on Cleanliness and Health. They discussed on the usage
of Sanitary Pad specially during pandemic. They told that 7 women per minute
are dying because of Cervical Cancer and the main reason behind this is not
taking care of health and sanitation. They told that being women is God’s
blessing. Woman is creator of life. So one should not hesitate to share their
health problems with doctor. Principal Dr. Sareen welcomed all the guests with
planters as per the tradition of the institution. She congratulated Advisor Red
Cross Society Mrs. Deepshikha, Incharge Mrs. Pawan Kumari and Coordinator
Hostel Dr. Meenu Talwar and said that such kind of interaction was need of the
hour. The guests also had an interactive session with the students and
questions were asked by the students. Stage was conducted by Dr. Meenu Talwar.
