It is matter of joy and pride that
Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya has been recognized as the Best Institution in
Environment by the Service Export Promotion Council (SEPC), Ministry of
Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India at a prestigious ceremony held at India
Habitat Centre. Principal Dr. Ajay Sareen received the award from Dr. Abhay
Sinha, Director General, SEPC, Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar, Education Chair - SEPC,
Ms. Meenakshi Lekhi, Fmr. Member of Parliament, Sh. Shrikant Sinha, CEO,
Telangana Academy of Skill & Knowledge & Prof. Ashutosh Sharma,
President, Indian National Science Academy. Dr. Sareen expressed her immense
pride and gratitude to President Dr. Punam Suri, Padma Shri Awardee, Sh. Shiv
Raman Gaur, Director of Higher Education, Justice NK Sud, Chairman, LAC and the
mentors at DAVCMC for their unwavering support. She also congratulated the
entire HMV Family for their collective efforts. Project Coordinator Dr. Anjana
Bhatia, Dean of Innovation and Research, highlighted that HMV's recognition
came from seven key parameters, especially Principal Sareen's outstanding
leadership in establishing the Paper Recycling Unit in the college. Dr. Ajay
Sareen congratulated the faculty and staff members of the college for this
achievement.
