HMV Marks the Auspicious Beginning of the New Year with a Yajna


 

Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya ushered in the New Year with the organization of a Yajna under the able and visionary leadership of Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ekta Khosla. The Yajna was held to invoke divine blessings for peace, prosperity, and collective well-being. Extending New Year greetings, Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla prayed for the good health, positive spirit, and happiness of all. She encouraged the members to preserve the rich Indian heritage  and to imbibe the teachings of the Arya Samaj, inspiring them to actively contribute to the progress of society and the institution. The members of the non-teaching staff participated enthusiastically in the ceremony and shared their thoughtful reflections. As per tradition, staff members whose birthdays fell in the current month were felicitated with small tokens and best wishes. Ms. Jasbir, Ms. Amanpreet Kaur, Ms. Sukhjeet, gardener Prem Kumar, and Superintendent (Accounts) Shri Pankaj Jyoti Ji also expressed their views on the occasion. The Yajna was conducted by Dr. Meenu Talwar, Head of the Department of Sanskrit. It concluded with the recitation of the Shanti Path and distribution of Prasad.
