Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar organized a Placement Drive in
collaboration with Bharti Consultancy for the position of Human Resource (HR)
Executive. The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from the final year
students belonging to various streams of the college. A total of 33 students
appeared for the interview process, which included different evaluation rounds
conducted by the recruiters. After a rigorous selection process, 22 students
were successfully selected for the position with an attractive package of
₹1,86,000 per annum along with incentives.
The placement drive was conducted smoothly with
the support and guidance of Mr. Jagjit Bhatia, Mrs. Sangeeta Bhandari, Mr.
Sumit Sharma, Dr. Rama, Mrs. Shefali and Mr. Parminder, who motivated and
assisted the students throughout the recruitment process. Principal Dr. Ekta
Khosla congratulated the selected students for their achievement and encouraged
them to continue striving for excellence in their professional journeys. She
also appreciated the efforts of the placement team for providing such valuable
opportunities to the students, helping them step confidently into the corporate
world. The successful placement drive reflects HMV’s continuous commitment
towards enhancing students’ employability and building strong industry-academia
connections.
