HMV faculty received Best Woman Scientist Award


 

Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya continues to scale new heights in academic excellence as Dr. Ramandeep Kaur, Assistant Professor in the PG Department of Botany, brought laurels to the institution by receiving a prestigious honour at the 2nd International Conference on Emerging Technologies for Sustainable Future (ETSF-2026).  She was conferred with the Best Woman Scientist Award by the Chennai Research Foundation in recognition of her significant contributions to the field of Botany and her dedicated research in sustainable solutions. She also served as a Session Chair, fostering meaningful academic deliberations among international scholars. Further, she delivered a Lecture on the emerging and promising area of algal biofuel, highlighting its potential in advancing sustainable and renewable energy alternatives. Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla congratulated Dr. Ramandeep Kaur on this remarkable achievement and lauded her for bringing pride to the institution. She also extended her appreciation to Dr. Anjana Bhatia, Head of the Department of Botany, and the entire department for their continuous pursuit of academic excellence.
