HMV student secured first position at Indo Nepal International Championship 2026

 

Jaspreet Kaur, a student of M.Com at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar, brought international recognition and glory to the institution by securing the First Position and winning a Gold Medal in the Classical Solo Dance category at the 8th Indo-Nepal Sports Festival 2026, held in Kathmandu, Nepal. The prestigious championship was organized by the Dance Sports Council of Nepal. Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla congratulated Jaspreet Kaur on her outstanding achievement and appreciated her dedication, talent and consistent efforts in the field of classical dance. She stated that her success has brought immense pride to the institution. On this proud occasion, Sh. Inderjit Talwar, Senior Member, Local Advisory Committee, Dr. Navroop, Advisor, Youth Welfare, Mrs. Meenu Kohli, Head, PG Department of Commerce and Management, and Mrs. Savita Mahendru were also present and applauded the student for her remarkable performance.
