The new Principal of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen addressed the morning assembly for the first time after her appointment. On this occasion, staff members welcomed her with a bouquet of flowers. Dean Student Council Mrs. Archana Kapoor gave her brief introduction to the students. Prof. Dr. Ajay Sareen addressed the students in the morning assembly and said that HMV taught her so many positive things. She worked in HMV as a teacher in English Deptt. and whatever she has learnt from HMV was implemented in Batala. She stressed on the importance of girl child in a family and said that it is very important to tell girls the importance of building relations in a family. In this ways we can contribute in building of a strong nation. Fate helps those who do hard work. She encouraged the staff members and students to work collectively so that HMV can achieve newer heights. On this occasion, teaching and non-teaching staff members were present. Stage was conducted by Dr. Anjana Bhatia. es'> Mr. S.P. Marwaha said that Dr. Ajay Sareen with her hardwork, made the college of Batala, touch newer heights. Secretary Mr. B.K. Mittal congratulated her. MLA Jagdish Sahni said that she gave a new look and height to the college of Batala. Dr. Ajay Sareen, after assuming office said that HMV is my training ground. Whatever I have learnt from here, was executed at Batala. She sought the cooperation of everybody to achieve more milestones. Principal DAV College Jalandhar Dr. B.B. Sharma and Principal DAV College Bathinda Dr. Sanjeev Sharma were also present in the event.
