The Home Science Club and Youth Red Cross Society of Hans
Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized a seminar on Nutrition for You under the
able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. Dr. Bhawna Vasudev, Registered Dietician from
PIMS delivered a lecture on Nutrition & Diet. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Sareen welcomed her and
appreciated the efforts of the faulty.
Dr. Bhawna Vasudev explained about different kinds of health problems
due to malnutrition and guided the students about the good diet plan, adequate
nutrition and different strategies of weight balancing. On this occasion, Head of Home Science
department Mrs. Neety Sood, Incharge Youth Red Cross Society Mrs. Deepshikha,
College Medical Officer Dr. Aarti, Mrs. Shallu Dua, Ms. Kiranjit Athwal were
present.
