3rd Constitution Day and 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar celebrated at HMV

The Postgraduate Department of Political Science of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya celebrated 3^rd Constitution Day and 125^th Birth Anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.  The chief guest of the 3^rd Constitution Day was Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen and Mrs. Meenakshi Syal.  Mrs. Nita Malik, Head of Pol.Sc. Deptt. welcomed chief guest.  Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen talked about ‘Preamble of Indian Constitution’.  The constitution of India is the Supreme Law in India.  The Constitution is the framework for political principles, procedure and power of government.  She read text of the preamble (as it exists today) and all teachers, students took the oath of the preamble of Indian constitution.  The students of different classes presented papers.  Firstly Raunika read ‘Importance of Preamble’, Kritgyta read text of ‘Preamble in English’, Puneen read text of ‘Preamble in Hindi’, Divya described the ‘Soul of Preamble’, Kannupriya, ‘About Indian Constitution’; Meghna ‘Indian Constitution’; Chetna Sharma viewed about the ‘Preamble of Indian Constitution’; Nikkita, ‘Preamble is our Mirror of the Indian Constitution’, Nikhita, ‘The Importance of Indian Constitution’.  Mrs. Nita Malik also responded in detail the queries of the students.  The students of all streams participated and attended this 3^rd Constitution Day celebration.  On this occasion, Asstt. Prof. in Pol.Sc. Mrs. Alka Sharma and Dr. Jiwan Devi were also present.

ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ, ਜ¦ਧਰ ਦੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਗੈਜੁਏਟ ਪੋਲਿਟਿਕਲ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤੀਸਰੇ ਸਵਿਧਾਨ ਦਿਵਸ ਅਤੇ ਡਾ.ਬੀ.ਆਰ.ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਦੀ 125ਵੀਂ ਜਯੰਤੀ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਇਕ ਪੋਗਰਾਮ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।  ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਬਤੌਰ ਮੁਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਤੇ ਸੀਮਤੀ ਮੀਨਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਿਆਲ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।  ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਮੁਖੀ ਨੀਟਾ ਮਲਿਕ ਨੇ ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ।  ਪਿੰ. ਡਾ. ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਪਸਤਾਵਨਾ ਤੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਸਰਵਓਤਮ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਹੈ।  ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਨੀਤਿਆਂ, ਵਿਧਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਫੇਮਵਰਕ ਹੈ।  ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਸਤਾਵਨਾ ਨੂੰਪੜਿ•ਆ (ਜਿਵੇਂ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ 'ਚ ਹੈ) ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਪਸਤਾਵਨਾ ਦੀ ਸੌਂ ਲਈ।  ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਕਲਾਸਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੇਪਰ ਪੜ•ੇ।  ਰੌਨਿਕਾ ਨੇ ਪਸਤਾਵਨਾ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ, ਕਤਿਗਿਅਤਾ ਨੇ ਪਸਤਾਵਨਾ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ 'ਚ, ਪੁਨੀਤ ਨੇ ਪਸਤਾਵਨਾ ਹਿੰਦੀ 'ਚ, ਦਿਵਯਾ ਨੇ ਪਸਤਾਵਨਾ ਦੀ ਰੂਹ, ਕਨੁਪਿਯਾ ਨੇ ਭÎਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ 'ਚ, ਮੇਘਨਾ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ, ਚੇਤਨਾ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਪਸਤਾਵਨਾ - ਇਕ ਨਜ਼ਰ, ਨਿਕਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦਾ ਪਤਿਬਿੰਬ  - ਪਸਤਾਵਨਾ, ਨਿਕਹਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਤੇ ਪੇਪਰ ਪੜ•ੇ।  ਸੀਮਤੀ ਨੀਟਾ ਮਲਿਕ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ।  ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੀਸਰੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੇ ਪੋਗਰਾਮ 'ਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ।  ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਤੋਂ ਅਲਕਾ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਤੇ ਡਾ. ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਰਹੇ।
