NSS Camp at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya

NSS Camp is being organized at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen.  The second day of the camp was full of enthusiasm.  The NSS unit of HMV organized various activities to raise awareness & sensitization among the students.  The NSS volunteers participated very actively in Quiz, which was based on History of NSS.  The students participated in preliminary & visual rounds.  The purpose of the quiz was to inculcate an interest & affinity towards the cause of National Service Scheme.  The quiz was conducted by Programme Officer Dr. (Mrs.) Anjana Bhatia.  The winner of NSS Quiz was Ms. Rajni & Ms. Madhu.  They were declared as the most “Curious Camper”.  The students also participated in cleanliness campaign.  In the evening session, Programme Officer Mrs. Veena Arora motivated the students to develop their personality & focus on their talent.  The students spoke extempore on the topics of their choice.  Ms. Raghvi, Ms. Garima & Ms. Mansi were declared as winners.  Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated the winners & encouraged the students to develop a sense of social & civic responsibility.  On this occasion, Asstt. Programme Officers Mrs. Alka Sharma, Miss Harmanu Pal & Ms. Harmanpreet Kaur were also present.

ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ, ਜ¦ਧਰ 'ਚ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਲ ਦੀ ਯੋਗ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਐਨਐਸਐਸ ਕੈਂਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।  ਕੈਂਪ ਦਾ ਦੂਜਾ ਦਿਨ ਕਾਫੀ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਪੂਰਨ ਰਿਹਾ।  ਐਚਐਮਵੀ ਦੇ ਐਨਐਸਐਸ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਤੇ ਸੰਵੇਦਲਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਗਤਿਵਿਧਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।  ਐਨਐਸਐਸ ਵਾਲੰਟਿਅਰਜ਼ ਨੇ ਐਨਐਸਐਸ ਕਵਿਜ਼ 'ਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਐਨਐਸਐਸ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ 'ਤੇ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਹੈ। ਕਵਿਜ਼ 'ਚ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਤੇ ਵੀਜ਼ੁਅਲ ਰਾਉਂਡ ਸੀ।  ਕਵਿਜ਼ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ 'ਚ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਸਕੀਮ ਦੇ ਪਤਿ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਤੇ ਲਗਨ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੀ।  ਪੋਗਾਮ ਅਫਸਰ ਡਾ. ਅੰਜਨਾ ਭਾਟਿਆ ਨੇ ਕਵਿਜ਼ ਦਾ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਕੀਤਾ।  ਕੁ. ਰਜਨੀ ਤੇ ਮਧੁ ਨੇ ਕਵਿਜ 'ਚ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਪਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ‘ਮੋਸਟ ਕਯੂਰਿਯਸ ਕੈਂਪਰ' ਦਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।  ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਵੱਛਤਾ ਅਭਿਆਨ 'ਚ ਵੀ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ।  ਸ਼ਾਮ ਦੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 'ਚ ਪੋਗਾਮ ਅਫਸਰ ਵੀਨਾ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਤਵ ਦਾ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਿਭਾ ਤੇ ਫੋਕਸ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਪੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।  ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਏਕਸਟੇਮਪੋਰ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ 'ਚ ਵੀ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁ. ਗਰਿਮਾ ਤੇ ਕੁ. ਮਾਨਸੀ ਨੂੰਜੇਤੂ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।  ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਜੇਤੂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਤੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।  ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਪੋਗਾਮ ਆਫਿਸਰ ਅਲਕਾ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਸੁਸੀ ਹਰਮਨੁ ਤੇ           ਸੁਸੀ ਹਰਮਨਪੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
