Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya Jalandhar is organizing its fourth INSPIRE Internship Science
Camp from January
15-19, 2018. “Innovation in Science Pursuit for
Inspired Research (INSPIRE)” program is one of the innovative programs by the Department of Science
& Technology, Government of India for attraction of talent to science. The
basic objective of INSPIRE program is to communicate to the young students of
the country the excitements and creativeness of science so that they can be
motivated study of science at an early stage. This will help to build the
required critical human resource pool for strengthening and expanding the
Science & Technology system in the country. This information is given by
Principal Prof. Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen. She said that this camp is fully sponsored by the Department
of Science & Technology, Government of India. Every year eminent scientists
from the top research and academic institutes from India and abroad interacts with
about 50,000 top 1% performers in class 10th Board who are pursuing
science at +1 level.
In the fourth edition of our INSPIRE camp,
200 students from about 23 schools from various districts of Punjab including Jalandhar,
Gurdaspur, Ludhiana, Ferozepur, Fazilka and Mukatsar will attending this camp.
The five day schedule of the Camp comprises lectures, interactive sessions,
video lectures, hands-on practical sessions and workshops by the experts from
various disciplines including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology,
Biotechnology and Bioinformatics. A science quiz competition and an
Innovative idea writing Competition will be also conducted and the winners
will be awarded. The eminent scientists
from various academic institutes from India including Indian Institute of
Science Bangalore, Punjab University, Chandigarh, Jawaharlal Nehru University,
New Delhi, Kurukshetra University, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Indian
Institute of Science Education & Research, Mohali, University of Delhi,
Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar etc.
will be acting resource persons.
ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਂਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ 'ਚ 15-19 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰਚੌਥੇ ਇੰਸਪਾਇਰ ਇੰਟਰਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਕੈਂਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ‘ਇਨੋਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਇਨ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਪਰਸਯੂਟ ਫਾੱਰ ਇੰਸਪਾਇਰਡ ਰਿਸਰਚ' ਇੰਸਪਾਇਰ ਪੋਗਾਮ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਏਂਡ ਟੇਕਨਾਲਾੱਜੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸਰਵਓਤਮ ਇਨੋਵੇਟਿਵ ਪੋਗਰਾਮ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਵੱਲ ਯੁਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰਆਕਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਯੁਵਾਵਾਂ 'ਚ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਦੇ ਆਕਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੁੰ ਵਧਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਛੋਟੀ ਉਮਰ 'ਚ ਹੀ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਨੂੰਚੁਣੇ। ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋੲੋ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਦੇਸ਼ 'ਚ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਅਤੇ ਤਕਨੀਕ ਦੇ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਨੂੰਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ 'ਚ ਮਦਦ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਕੈਂਪ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ•ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਏਂਡ ਟੈਕਨਾਲਾੱਜੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਪਾਂਸਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਭਾਰਤ ਤੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਰਵਓਤਮ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਇੰਸਟੀਟਿਊਟ ਦੇ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਵਿਗਿਆਨਿਕ +1 ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਪੜ• ਰਹੇ ਦਸਵੀਂ ਕਲਾਸ ਦੇ ਟੋਪ 1% ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਨੂੰਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਐਚਐਮਵੀ ਦੇ ਚੌਥੇ ਇੰਸਪਾਇਰ ਕੈਂਪ 'ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ 23 ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਗਭਗ 200 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਕੈਂਪ 'ਚ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਣਗੇ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ¦ਧਰ, ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ, «ਧਿਆਣਾ, ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ, ਫਾਜ਼ਿਲਕਾ ਤੇ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਕੈਂਪ ਦੇ 5 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੇਡਯੂਲ 'ਚ ਲੈਕਚਰ, ਇੰਟਰਏਕਟਿਵ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ, ਵੀਡਿਓ ਲੈਕਚਰ, ਪੈਕਟੀਕਲ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਜਿਕਸ, ਕੈਮਿਸਟੀ, ਗਣਿਤ, ਬਾਇਓਲਾੱਜੀ, ਬਾਇਓਟੈਕਨਾਲਾੱਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਇਓਇਨਫਰਮੈਟਿਕਸ ਦੇ ਮਾਹਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ 'ਚ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਕਵਿਜ਼ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਤੇ ਇਨੋਵੇਟਿਵ ਆਈਡਿਾ ਰਾਇਟਿੰਗ ਪਤਿਯੋਗਿਤਾ ਵੀ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਤੂਆਂ ਨੂੰਸਨਮਾਨਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ 'ਚ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਇੰਸਟੀਟਿਯੂਟ ਆੱਫ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਬੈਂਗਲੋਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ (ਚੰਡੀਗੜ•), ਜਵਾਹਰ ਲਾਲ ਨੇਹਰੂ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ (ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ), ਕੁਰੁਸ਼ੇਤਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ (ਕੁਰੁਸ਼ੇਤਰ), ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ (ਅੰਮਿਤਸਰ), ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਇੰਸਟੀਟਿਊਟ ਆੱਫ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਏਜ਼ੁਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਏਂਡ ਰਿਸਰਚ (ਮੋਹਾਲੀ), ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਆੱਫ ਦਿੱਲੀ (ਦਿੱਲੀ), ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟੈਕਨੀਕਲ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ (ਜ¦ਧਰ) ਤੋਂ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਵਿਸਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਹਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰਸੰਬੋਧਿਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
