HMV organized Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Startup Summit, 2019

Commerce Club of PG Department of Commerce & Management  of Hans Raj  Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized a three day "Entrepreneurship Leadership & Startup Summit, 2019" in collaboration with Digital marketing campaign, ISOLS group. The objective to organize such an event is to conduct an internship entrepreneurship, leadership & starting training programme with an aim to mentor the students that will enable them to put their ideas into action and to develop the digital skills for manifesting their talent. Day I started with the inaugural session including lighting of lamp, followed by the DAV Gaan. College Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen, Dr. (Mrs.) Kanwaldeep Kaur, Dean Academics, HOD of Commerce Dept., overall Incharge of the event and Mrs. Binoo Gupta, event coordinator presented green welcome to Mr. Ujjwal Chugh, Founder & CEO, ISOLS Group, Mr. Sagar, President Digital Marketing, ISOLS Group and Mr. Surinder, Director of Photography of ISLOS Group.

Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen encouraged the students to put forth their creative ideas. She said let your ideas travel across, so that it can become a startup. Every idea can be converted into reality by enthusiasm, motivation and hard work; She also congratulated Commerce Club of PG department of Commerce & Management to organize such a big event and also encouraged to arrange more such events.

Mrs. Binoo Gupta, coordinator of the event formally welcomed the gathering to three day summit. She said that purpose of this event is to bring attitudal change to encourage women entrepreneurship and to provide a platform to convert ideas into a venture. She told that the summit will begin with sowing the seeds of entrepreneurial career & essence of leadership, Digital Marketing, Discussions of real startup stories and at the end startup off the ground and query session will be conducted. She also said that total 116 students of various faculties participated in the event.

In session I Mr. Ujjwal Chugh, Founder & CEO, ISOLS Group explained the qualities one must possess to become a true entrepreneur.He also told the students that how they can choose entrepreneurship as a career option. After that various activities were conducted among the students to explain practically which traits are required to be an entrepreneur and how to develop such traits.

In session II, the concept of startup was taken. He told the students how to transform their business ideas into the real venture. He cultivated the spirit for entrepreneurship among students.

Stage conduct was done by Ms. Karishma of Commerce Deptt., Shweta Kapoor of B.Com Sem V and Harmehakpreet of BBA Sem III. On the occasion Dr. Rakhi, Mrs. Shefali, Mrs. Yuvika, Mrs. Meenakshi. Mrs. Ritu Bahri, Mrs. Bhawna, Ms. Anjali, Mrs. Kanika Sharma, Ms. Priyanka, Ms. Sonal, Mrs. Rishika, Mrs. Subha, Mr. Arvind and Mr. Prince were also present.
