Motherhood is a million little
moments that god weaves together with grace, redemptions, laughter, tears and
most of all love and to celebrate this bond of love and affection, HMV
Collegiate Sr. Sec. School celebrated Mother’s Day in the wake of corona virus
by organizing a Card Making competition in which students prepared beautiful
greeting cards for their mothers. This year the essence of a mother was
celebrated in a different way. Students shared their pictures while presenting
their cards to their mothers. They shared video messages expressing their
emotions not only for their mothers but also for their teachers. Students
intensely and devotedly spoke about the love and care they are being given by
the teachers during this lockdown period. They also expressed heart-warming
feelings and emotions for Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen and coordinator Mrs.
Meenakshi Sayal for their efforts to make education accessible to them during
this nationwide lockdown. On this occasion, Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen appreciated
the creativity displayed by the students and inspired them to lend helping hand
to their mothers not only on this special day but throughout their life. School
coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal felt elated with the art work shown by the
students. The guidance and support to make this competition possible through
virtual platform was provided by Ms. Richa from collegiate school.
