The PG Department of Music of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized a National Webinar under the aegis of IQAC on the topic “Jobs and Career Opportunities in the field of Music” in collaboration with Anhad Studio, Jalandhar. Dr. Ramnita Saini Sharda gave introduction about the webinar series during COVID-19 crisis. The resource persons were Dr. Ashok Chambyal from PG Government College, Chandigarh, Dr. Alankar Singh from Punjabi University, Patiala and Mr. Sukhdeep Singh, Director Anhad Studio. A good number of participants remained actively attached with the webinar from beginning till end. Webinar moderator Dr. Prem Sagar, Head of Music Vocal department welcomed all the resource persons and the participants. Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen appreciated the efforts made by the IQAC Coordinator Dr. Kanwaldeep Kaur and departments. She underlined the relevance and importance of the webinar topic and expressed hope that this webinar will definitely help the students to explore new means of jobs and career opportunities in the field of music.
